| A number of our customers have reported problems submitting returns to HMRC. It would appear that the submissions are going through and an email response is sent from the government gateway, however, HMRC are not sending the 'electronic data response' in a reasonable time (TaxCalc 'stops' after 40 attempts to obtain a reply). | |
| All the outstanding delayed responses can be picked up by TaxCalc using the 'Resume' button on the FBI page. Pending responses are held for 30 days. | |
