Printing problems?
There have been some issues with the release of Internet Explorer 7 which has caused a problem printing from Adobe within TaxCalc. To resolve this, please click on the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘In Acrobat (External)’ from the ‘Acrobat view options’. Now, when you select ‘Print’ you will be asked to save your return. Choose a suitable location and the return should be opened from there.
TaxCalc 2005 uses the Adobe PDF file standard as it's printing output. This allows you to have more control over the printing options and also allows you to save your tax returns as PDF documents. If you find you are having trouble printing please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you have purchased a product on CD-ROM then Adobe Reader can be installed from the CD, alternately this can be obtained from www.adobe.com.
If you continue to have difficulties there is an alternate menu in Adobe by right clicking on the document. Selecting the print option from here often resolves printing problems when using Brother printers.
